In this role, you will be responsible for leading a variety of construction projects, managing them autonomously from outset to completion. The position offers hybrid working between Fulkers and our Client's offices, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the public sector. Please note, due to the nature of our clients, security vetting will be required. Responsibilities Manage projects of varied size and complexity, undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager, as well as providing senior support and representation on projects where required Supporting other senior members of staff in project delivery and internal processes Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with our company set standards, procedures, and guidelines Support Associate Directors with resource management, fee management and reporting Maintain and support good client working relationships acting a main point of contact for queries, as necessary Undertake reviews of lessons learnt, implementing changes for future improvements Ensure internal systems are kept updated such as finance and resource trackers and timely sign off of invoices Support in the conflict resolution Internal governance such a reviews of flash reports and senior signatories on approved documents Ensure compliance with client gateways and their governance processes Undertake the production of fee bids with the support of the Bid Team and Associate Directors Actively involved in mentoring and training internal staff and CPD activities Working collaboratively with the client and other consultants Observe Health & Safety provision in the working environment and CDM 2015 regulations including escalating any HSE issues Endeavour to improve our social and environmental impact This role involves working closely with a blue light client and therefore security vetting to NPPV Level 2 clearance will be required. Responsibilities Work with the Client Director and wider leadership team, inputting to the pipeline and future opportunities for business planning Collaborate with your clients to deliver agreed solutions/projects profitably, following our client care guidelines to maintain the Fulkers standards and deliver total customer satisfaction Manage multi-disciplinary teams, allocating resource, and optimising utilisation to deliver successful client outcomes/projects profitably. You will balance activity to optimise client service and maintain employee satisfaction Establish yourself as an expert in your field to be recognised internally.
