What we're looking for: 8-10+ years of Business Analysis experience , ideally within operational or process-heavy environments. Background in applications that support core business functions -such as case management, finance systems, warehousing, or healthcare tools. Low-code platform experience is a plus (e.g. Appian), though not essential. Strong knowledge of process design , stakeholder engagement, and governance/change control frameworks. A natural communicator- friendly but formal , confident in pushing back when needed, and effective at guiding client conversations. Positive, diligent, and highly organised with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
