Role Overview As the Lead Software Developer , you will: Lead a small squad of 2-3 developers Remain hands-on with engineering Play a pivotal role in how the platform evolves 75% of your time on Power Platform and Dataverse , under proper engineering discipline You'll sit between architecture and delivery - setting standards, influencing design, and ensuring the business gets scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade solutions.
