The National Gallery is searching for an experienced service desk manager to the lead the Service Desk function within the Information Systems (IS) Department. The IS Support Manager oversees daily operations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The National Gallery is seeking a Senior Communications Manager (CRM) to be responsible for developing and setting the strategic direction and delivery of CRM marketing activity to visitors and existing audiences on the Gallery's database. The role will provide a strategic lead to the CRM function and team, specialising in deploying mass communications to customers, Members and email subscribers in support of the National Gallery Audience Strategy 2025-30.
