Main Responsibilities As Test and Release Lead, you will: Define and improve test strategies covering functionality, performance, security, accessibility, and user experience. Plan and manage end-to-end testing across websites, digital products, and automation initiatives. Lead all testing phases: system, integration, regression, accessibility, usability, performance, security, and UAT. Maintain test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to requirements and user stories. Track and resolve defects, collaborating with developers and product owners. Embed QA within agile delivery cycles for continuous improvement. Coordinate release processes, including planning, scheduling, and readiness checks. Support CI/CD pipelines and champion test automation and modern QA practices. Manage quality risks (accessibility, security, data privacy) and maintain documentation for compliance. Promote a strong quality mindset and continuous learning across teams. The Ideal Candidate You'll be someone who: Have proven experience leading QA across digital products, websites, services, and automation. Understand testing methodologies, tools, and both manual and automated approaches. Be skilled in functional and non-functional testing, including accessibility, performance, and security. Know accessibility standards and inclusive design. Have experience in agile, cross-functional teams. Communicate product quality and risk clearly to support release decisions.
