My client a leading retailer based in Thurrock are recruiting for Permanent Class 2 HGV Drivers to join them on a temp to permanent contract. This HGV Class 2 Dary Driver role is working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, start time no earlier than 4:30am. Customer Service Support I am looking for an experienced individual with excellent customer service skills who is able to engage with customers via the phone, email and face-to-face. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and have experience dealing with data entry and documentation process. Customer Service Support Responsibilities: Build and maintain an excellent rapport with all key customers. Upsell and follow up on orders to meet revenue targets.
