Job Description Responsible for the coordination, planning support, execution and quality control of piping maintenance, fabrication, and repair activities of the refinery equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose piping issues, propose and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime and maintain production schedules within regulatory compliance. Preventive Maintenance: Develop, optimise and oversee preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures. Resource Management: Manage inventory of piping and welding parts, tools and safety equipment, coordinating with the purchasing department to maintain necessary stock levels. Contractor & Vendor Supervision Oversee third-party contractors and OEM representatives, ensuring quality execution and adherence to refinery standards. Technical Support Provide expertise in piping and welding activities, including procedural reviews, technical assessments, plant modifications, and engineering support. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, project delivery and operations teams on piping and fabrication aspects of new projects and equipment installations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, quality packs and safety inspections. Training: Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members to enhance performance and adaptability, ensuring code compliance for work activities. Workflow Management: Provide planning and scheduling support and timely preparation and compliance with work permits, coordinate with stores and procurement for the availability of spare parts and align scheduled tasks with workforce readiness and resource availability. Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) Support: Contribute to the preparation and execution of T&I activities, including defining work scopes, overseeing piping work during events, and ensuring efficient scheduling, resourcing quality control and all technical records are updated post-T&I with lessons learned Education Requirements/Key Skills Recognised Technical Apprenticeship HNC or equivalent qualification in Piping, welding, fabrication Engineering or a related field National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in a relevant discipline IOSH certification (Desirable). Experience in piping, welding, and fabrication maintenance / repair within the refining or manufacturing industry. Proven leadership experience in supervising piping and welding teams. Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or SAP. Strong IT literacy, including experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Job Description The Shift Response Chemist will Primarily be a day-based role responsible for specialist and adhoc analysis ensuring it is carried out in a timely and accurate manner consistent with the enhancement of the Refinery operation whilst maintaining high levels of safety. Working on shift, as required, in the Shift Production Chemist role to cover increases in workload, holidays, sickness, or training. Core Responsibilities • Work safely adhering to the P66 safety culture • Ensure that all sample analysis is done quickly, accurately and efficiently and delays due to result availability are eliminated • Ensure all interested parties are informed of unusual or off specification results. • Conversant with analytical techniques • Be proficient in the use of PC software to analyse results • Cross train in different areas of the laboratory • Perform special analytical testing as directed by supervision • Provide additional testing capability during unit upsets and periods of high workload on shifts. Detect, analyse, and remediate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and breaches in line with incident management procedures. Provide strategic direction for OT data protection, technology governance, and security architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders (IT, OT, Corporate Functions and Management) to coordinate policy, training, and incident response. Conduct risk assessments, recommend technical controls, and oversee forensic investigations for cybersecurity incidents. Maintain the UK business Cyber Risk Profile, develop and report cybersecurity and risk metrics; maintain compliance with UK regulations and company policies. Conduct regular UK Board Level cyber security briefings to educate leaders and teams on cybersecurity risks, mitigation strategies, projects and best practices. Coordinate and perform vulnerability assessments; research and evaluate emerging threats and trends. Maintain UK IT OT business continuity and disaster recovery policies, awareness programs, and training to align with organisational goals. Partner with UK IT OT staff, support project management, and ensure secure external data sharing. Education Requirements/Key Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent experience in a relevant supervisory role. Relevant experience in OT/ICS Relevant experience in cybersecurity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced data collection and analysis capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging all levels of management and technical staff. Experience in refining, pipelines, terminals, or midstream industry operations. Familiarity with OT industry standards (NIST SP (Apply online only), CIS Controls V8, NIST CFS v7.1, CERT RMM, NIST SP 800-53). Familiar with IEC62443, NCSC CAF and HSE OG86. Job Description As the Sr Advisor, Cyber Security, you will lead the direction and maturity improvement of the UK organisation s cybersecurity posture. You ll manage and maintain cybersecurity systems and infrastructure, protect critical national infrastructure against cyberattacks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic risk governance, and champion a culture of security and innovation. Core Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of UK cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures to secure P66 Ltd operations. Detect, analyse, and remediate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and breaches in line with incident management procedures. Provide strategic direction for OT data protection, technology governance, and security architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders (IT, OT, Corporate Functions and Management) to coordinate policy, training, and incident response. Conduct risk assessments, recommend technical controls, and oversee forensic investigations for cybersecurity incidents. Maintain the UK business Cyber Risk Profile, develop and report cybersecurity and risk metrics; maintain compliance with UK regulations and company policies. Conduct regular UK Board Level cyber security briefings to educate leaders and teams on cybersecurity risks, mitigation strategies, projects and best practices. Coordinate and perform vulnerability assessments; research and evaluate emerging threats and trends. Maintain UK IT OT business continuity and disaster recovery policies, awareness programs, and training to align with organisational goals. Partner with UK IT OT staff, support project management, and ensure secure external data sharing. Stay current on industry and regulatory trends, incorporating best practices into standards and guidelines. Act as primary point of contact for UK government and agencies within cybersecurity space. Own cybersecurity management of change processes, periodically audit for compliance and performance. Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in cybersecurity Act as Network and Information Systems (NIS) regulations responsible officer for P66 Ltd CNI sites. Acts as ICS Cybersecurity Officer as defined in O-33-RS-01. Education Requirements/Key Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent experience in a relevant supervisory role. Relevant experience in OT/ICS Relevant experience in cybersecurity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced data collection and analysis capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging all levels of management and technical staff. Experience in refining, pipelines, terminals, or midstream industry operations. Familiarity with OT industry standards (NIST SP (Apply online only), CIS Controls V8, NIST CFS v7.1, CERT RMM, NIST SP 800-53). Familiar with IEC62443, NCSC CAF and HSE OG86. CISSP certified or equivalent preferred. Ability to travel to any P66 Ltd and Joint Venture or Subsidiary location including periodic visits to Houston and Bartlesville. As a part of the UK Government s net zero ambition, the Humber Refinery is on a journey to become the Refinery of the Future. With proposed plans for a number of projects including to implement a first-of-a-kind FCC carbon capture project, the Humber Refinery is part of Humber Zero, a world-scale concept to reduce UK industry carbon emissions, saving up to 8 million tonnes of CO2 by 2030 from the Immingham industrial area. On top of this, the Humber Refinery is the UK s only refiner producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel at scale. It is also the only European facility producing battery anode coke, which forms a critical component for lithium-ion batteries used in electrical vehicles and in consumer electronics. Our current production of battery anode coke is equivalent to placing 1.3 million EVs on the road every year, and we are developing multiple projects to expand this capability.
