You'll play an important role in: driving, implementing, and continuously improving Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) frameworks for WTG systems to optimise asset reliability and maximise value enhancing reliability across multiple turbine platforms by identifying underperforming assets, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering effective corrective actions demonstrating strong safety leadership, promoting a positive QHSE culture, and continuously improving safety and compliance standards across the portfolio supporting engineering contributions to business transformation, improving operational efficiency, reliability, and revenue while maintaining best-in-class safety and compliance developing and presenting business cases focused on improving performance of critical systems and bad actors to drive continuous improvement and value creation maintaining key asset management processes, including the Annual Asset Management Plan (AIMP), risk registers, and improvement pipelines acting as technical escalation support for site Operations and Maintenance teams.
