Network IT is currently recruiting for a DV Cloud Architect , to join our client on a 12 month initial contract. Role: Senior Cloud Architect (DV cleared) Contract: 12 Months Initial Rate: 640 per day Status: Inside IR35 Location: Corsham (Hybrid working) Key Skills: Deliver Cloud Architect support for SECRET Cloud Hosting (on-premise and Hyperscale). Lead network design and artefact development across all SECRET Cloud platforms. Support network security assurance for current and future SECRET Cloud services. Develop compliant technology designs aligned with MOD 604, 440 governance, NCSC, and industry best practices. Produce High- and Low-Level Designs for integrating Tier 2 Hyperscale Cloud onto the Defence Network. Collaborate with supplier and cross-government network leads. Specialise in Network Design, BGP, and IP addressing for on-premise (VMware) and Hyperscale platforms. Contribute to Defence and cross-government working groups. You must be a British Citizen, and be DV cleared to be considered for this role, due to the timescales of onboarding. Role: Deputy IT Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 An experienced Deputy IT Manager is sought to support the delivery of IT strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across a growing organisation. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership , supporting day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver 2nd/3rd line support for hardware, software, and infrastructure. Maintain on-premise systems and support their digital transformation project to migrate to the cloud. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance. Support Microsoft Dynamics NAV, general applications, and IT hardware. Contribute to IT policy development, process improvement, and project delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver business-aligned IT solutions. Liaise with third-party vendors and manage external IT relationships. Lead or contribute to IT projects and infrastructure upgrades. Provide mentoring to IT team members and support end-user training. Required Skills & Experience Competent experience in IT support (2nd/3rd line or MSP environment). Proficient with Active Directory, M365, Microsoft SQL Server and ERP support. Familiarity with servers, switches, desktops, laptops, and IT ticketing systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Full UK driving licence and access to own transport. Desirable Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (especially food) Cisco switch management, SANs, VMware or Hypervisor experience Supervisory or team leadership exposure

Role: Lead Power BI Developer Location: Birmingham (2 Days In-Office Per Week) Duration: 12 Months Fixed-Term Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 Network IT are looking for an exceptional Lead Power BI Developer, an expert in all things Power Bi and its related tools who will take ownership of our clients Power Reporting Platform in conjunction with a significant data warehouse migration project. This role will requires someone to transfer their technical, hands-on Power BI experience to advise stakeholders on what data they are ingesting and how they are doing it, and use insights from various sources to drive key decision making. This role will require you to be in-office in Birmingham 2 days a week, so being able to commute to Birmingham regularly is essential. Experience The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI tools and systems to create data-rich dashboards, write DAX expressions, and implement low-level security. You will take your proven ability to design, develop and implement advanced BI solutions in accordance with critical stakeholders and their requirements. Candidates who have experience developing custom BI products using SQL, R and Python to tailor said solution is highly desirable. You should also have exposure and knowledge in data integration, data warehousing, data modelling, and data presentation concepts. Other components of a successful candidate in this role include: Extensive report writing using Tableau or SAP BOBJ. A keen eye on user experience. Proven experience covering the end-to-end system development lifecycle. Mentored junior BI resources.

Infrastructure Architect Infrastructure Architect. My local authority client is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Architect to deliver the design and build of a Remote Desktop Services platform. The role will involve an review of the existing service and the planning, design and implementation of the new service. The Infrastructure Architect will liaise with the interdepartmental and external stakeholder to fully understand the requirements and plan the rebuild. The Infrastructure Architect will have experience of delivering an RDS build and be familiar with managing stakeholders at all organisational levels. Desired Experience:- Proven track record as a SOC Lead or as a Senior Security Analyst with lead responsibilities. Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, and security best practices. Experience with log management and integration into platforms Excellent client relationship management skills. Strong team management and leadership abilities. Familiarity with GRC and consultancy work is advantageous. Familiarity with red teaming is a significant plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
