Assistant Financial Controller required for a hotel located in the Bromley area. The role of Assistant Financial Controller , will contribute to the overall success of the hotel. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be involved in delivering accurate monthly and yearly management accounts and the monthly balance sheet. Accounts payable processing supplier invoices, preparation of BACS payment runs and recording and verifying agents commission claims. Daily bank reconciliations. Balance sheet reconciliations including prepayments and accruals. Preparation of the quarterly VAT return. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information. Liaising with auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
