Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing financial reports to assist senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. Leading the organisation's financial accounting, reporting and financial control activities will also be a key part of this role. With a small but dedicated fun team this role will give you the chance to make your own mark on the organisation and cover all aspects of accounting. This is a hands-on role which will give you vast experience whilst knowing that you are contributing to a wellbeing of others. Key responsibilities include: - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients as necessary. - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. - Prepare monthly projected cash flows for the current financial year and future financial years, incorporating anticipated income and expenditure, and future plans. - Prepare any returns to the Charity Commissioners, HMRC, Local Authorities and Regulator as necessary. - Manage, coach and develop your team to deliver an effective and consistent service.
