Production Engineer Witney Jigs & Tooling £45,000pa - £50,000pa plus bonus & benefits: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Engineer with experience of working with Jigs and Tooling to join a well-established specialist manufacturer in the Witney area. This business has been heavily investing in new machinery, tooling and equipment. This Production Engineer role is vital to the company s growth plans over the coming years. On a day to day basis the Production Engineer will be responsible for: Creating & maintaining Technical Specifications for products and components including PDM, BOMs & production routings Introduction of new products to manufacturing including tooling design Ensuring Work instructions & SOP's meet the technical 'critical x's' of the specifications Problem solving on products & part design Process improvements & manufacturing efficiency to improve production costs & quality Product Quality, ensuring processes are controlled and cable. The successful Production Engineer will need a proven track record within a plastics / injection moulding manufacturer, working with Jig & Tooling Design.
