About the Role The Role You will be responsible for producing accurate, commercially sound quotations, supporting the sales function, and engaging with clients to secure ongoing business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and submit tenders in line with client specifications • Produce cost-effective quotations and identify value engineering opportunities • Support sales teams with technical input and client engagement • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business • Carry out site visits to validate designs and requirements • Ensure all enquiries are reviewed, processed, and compliant with company procedures Benefits We offer 25 days holiday plus the eight public holidays. About the Role Responsibilities of a Trainee Estimator: • Assisting in preparing and submitting tenders in line with the client's specification as well as applying the company's USP's / innovation to enhance the tender submission • Attending site tender meetings and understanding site surveys • Processing incoming and outgoing tenders, reviewing information received and ensuring all internal forms are completed and processed to a consistently high standard • Preparing high-quality lighting, power, and mechanical drawings • Valuing engineering projects to maximise margins • Supporting the sales team with technical data. About the Role The Role This is a fast-paced, varied position supporting operations, payroll, compliance, and HR administration. You will play a key role in keeping critical back-office processes running smoothly across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming and outgoing post • Book travel and accommodation (via TravelPerk) • Support UK and overseas payroll and HR administration • Assist with right-to-work documentation (visas, permits, etc.) • Maintain compliance tracking spreadsheets (rotations, overseas work, remuneration) • Process and verify weekly timesheets • Coordinate international deliveries • Maintain stock records and personnel files • Handle internal operative queries • General administrative support as required Benefits We offer 25 days holiday plus the eight public holidays.
