Registered Manager - Childrens Home Location: Middlesbrough Hours: 40-Hour Contract Total Package: up to £60,000 per annum Includes a KPI Linked Bonus up to 10% annually The Role We are looking to recruit an exceptional Registered Manager with a proven track record of delivery in the sector to lead a new children s home in Middlesbrough. Our client is a provider of specialist residential care that accommodates children and young people aged 7 to 18 years old of both sexes who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties and mild learning difficulties. There is accommodation for up to four children and young people with the capacity to support with short-term outreach care in some cases and accelerated admissions, dependent upon compatibility and suitable space within the home. As Registered Manager you will provide effective leadership within the home and oversee all aspects of budgets, care planning, risk management strategies and safeguarding whilst maintaining compliance with all Ofsted regulations. Through effective leadership and by adopting a caring and compassionate approach you will ensure a safe, warm and nurturing environment for each child combined with the excellent delivery of care. You will be expected to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team whilst promoting the home s ethos and child first approach. Looking ahead, you ll also play a part in expanding the service giving you the chance to influence the lives of more children and young people whilst leading multiple teams across the organisation.
