Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Production Operatives to work with our client MOWI in Fort William, one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon! As a Production Operative you will be working within a fast-paced environment to process fresh salmon in line with customer specifications. The Hours: Working 06:00 - 18:30 on a 2-2-3 rotation The Benefits: A competitive standard starting rate of 13.59 per hour Free tea and coffee on site Serviced hot canteen for breakfast and lunch ( 1 a meal!) As a Hygiene Operative you will benefit from: A competitive standard starting rate of 12.62 ph Opportunity for overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate On-going agency contract with possibility of permanent employment thereafter 30 days holiday (after 12 weeks if agency) On-site agency support Weekly pay via agency and monthly if working directly Supportive training Opportunity to work with a company that develops talent from within Opportunities are available on dayshift basis from 06:00 - 18:30, working 12.5 hr shifts on a 2-2-3 basis (Monday Tuesday working, Wednesday Thursday off, Friday Saturday Sunday working) (Monday Tuesday off, Wednesday Thursday working, Friday Saturday Sunday off) As a Hygiene Operative you will be responsible for ensuring that the factory is cleaned in line with food safety standards.
