This is a Permanent role with a local, reliable and supportive company. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and pack filtration consumables, ensuring high-quality production. Operate manual and automated machinery safely. Perform in-process inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards. Work efficiently within a production team to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures. Assist with stock control and general workshop duties as required. Requirements: This is a repetitive, manual role where you will be on your feet all day. No formal qualifications are required; relevant industry knowledge is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided. Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Hours & Benefits: Working hours: Monday Thursday: 8:00 am 4:30 pm Friday: 7:30 am 4:00 pm Overtime available (mornings only). 2 weeks off over Christmas & New Year. 6% company pension contribution.
