Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum qualification HND in a mechanical discipline, with significant CAD experience; Higher qualification considered if able to demonstrate genuine interest in pursuing tool design. Training in Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement, and Statistical Process Control would be beneficial. Proven CAD modelling and drafting skills (ideally SolidWorks), for tooling, jig and fixture design. Knowledge to include modelling, drafting and complex assemblies.
