I am delighted to be working once again with a fantastic sustainability consultancy as they look to recruit a Senior Director for Climate to join their business and really help to drive the climate and climate related part of the business forward. My client provides a range of advisory services to global corporates, around sustainability strategy, ESG and communications and they are now looking to further strengthen their offering within the climate space. As such, you will have a strong background and a deep technical expertise in the climate space in one of the following areas: carbon markets, climate risk modelling, climate transition planning and resilience, nature, BVCM or sustainable finance, and you will have a sound understanding of the core frameworks relevant to large businesses, including SBTi, TCFD and CSRD. Moreover, you'll be comfortable sitting with clients to find out what challenges they're facing and then shape pieces of work - which are all bespoke to the individual clients and then overseeing the delivery of work. The key to this role is your appetite for and track record in developing new business. My client is looking for someone who can drive the thinking on how they grow further in the Climate space rather than someone who can deliver the work. There is an established and highly performing Team of delivery-minded climate experts and you will be managing some of these consultants, so proven experience of team management will be beneficial. Based in London in vibrant, modern offices, you will be able to access the offices three times a week to collaborate with both your peers and the Team. You will have a strong network of professional contacts in the climate space and you will be able to demonstrate experience of winning work in the climate space. So, if you are looking to join a Team of professionals who are all experts in their own fields and take ownership of the Climate space in this fast-growing consultancy, please contact Katie Pereira at .
