Registered Manager Children s Homes Leicester Salary up to £65,000 (doe) + Benefits Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in children s residential care? We re looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee two homes supporting young people (ages 8 18) with SEMH needs . You ll lead both homes to deliver safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that supports healing, growth, and independence. This is a vital leadership role offering real impact and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations across two homes in line with Ofsted and Children s Homes Regulations Inspire and manage teams to deliver consistent, therapeutic, and child-centred care Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning, and quality assurance Collaborate with professionals and families to support each young person s journey Manage staffing, budgets, and training across both homes What We re Looking For: At least 2 years leadership experience in a children s residential setting (multi-site desirable) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of SEMH, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care Resilient, organised, and committed to making a difference Interested?
