Position: Intermediate Structural Engineer Location: Central London Salary: £40,000 -£50,000 per annum, plus plus pension, bonus & healthcare This respected structural practice provides some of the best mentoring and training in the industry. Workload: Their projects will develop your lateral thinking skills and engage all of your technical knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities. It will enable you to collaborate with leading architects to realise ambitious ideas using intelligent, creative engineering. Their structural work combines creativity with serious technical know-how to enable the creation of beautifully designed buildings structures across the commercial, private and public sectors, each providing their own unique challenges. Typically, these include Arts & leisure, residential, commercial, healthcare and education schemes. Training & Experience: You will be mentored by a respected industry figure with a wealth of knowledge to impart. They run training schemes to prepare you to achieve chartered status with the IStructE or ICE and their engineers achieve high pass rates. The technical training and experience you received will be in-depth. In addition, you will provide input at scheme design stages and will be taught how to calculate fees and manage projects. When ready you will be given your own project work with support on hand as you build confidence.
