Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of competitive, accurate tenders across traditional and Design & Build projects. Review tender documentation, identify commercial and contractual risks, and develop robust pricing strategies. Produce detailed take-offs, cost plans and Bills of Quantities. Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiry processes, analyse quotations and agree final package selections. Undertake site visits to assess project constraints and incorporate findings into tender submissions. Work closely with operational teams to establish construction methodologies, programmes and prelim allowances. Present tender proposals at internal adjudication meetings and implement agreed commercial adjustments. Support post-tender negotiations, value engineering exercises and client meetings.
