The transformation programme encompasses the implementation of a new Housing Management System (Civica Cx) which will transform the way we work by updating our processes, procedures and changing some roles and responsibilities. This is a 9 month fixed term contract running January - September 2023. Reporting to the Change Manager, the Learning Design & Delivery Specialist will work alongside a specialist Cx trainer and with our Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and business managers and specialists from across the organisation to design and develop a blended programme of learning aligned to our Paradigm Design Principles. They will work with the Cx trainer to deliver all required training ahead of Go Live in June 2023.
