This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs thrive both academically and socially. About the Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them engage in learning and develop confidence within the classroom environment. Many of the pupils you will support may have needs such as: Autism (ASD) ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Speech and Language needs Moderate to complex learning difficulties You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed.
