Jib Electricians required with Enhanced DBS clearance 3 Weeks work 8 hour days. Electricians required to work on a sensitive commercial site, so you will require a valid Enhanced DBS clearance to be able to be put forward for it. You will be tasked with replacing contactor switches like for like. You must be a fully qualified jib electrician and be able to provide commercial electrical references where you have previously carried out similar work as an electrician.

Jib Electricians with ipafs required 9 Weeks work. 7.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Thursday, with a 2pm finish on a Friday. Electricians required to work on a commercial re-fit, installing all new power and lighting including containment at high level. All aspects of 1st and 2nd fix installation work. You must be a fully qualified JIB Electrician with a valid gold ECS card and ipaf card and be able to provide commercial electrical references where you have previously carried out similar work as an electrician. Starting Asap 6 weeks work Hours 7:30am - 4:30pm Electricians required to install the power supplies to a standby generator, containment, pulling in armoured cables and control cabling. You will need to be a fully qualified electrician with your valid JIB gold card and be able to provide references where you have carried out work as an electrician.

Electrical Testers required 6 weeks work. 47.5 hours per week and Saturdays available at time and a half. Electrical Testers required to carry out electrical testing work on a new build industrial site. You will be tasked with testing circuits and panels and then carrying out any snagging work that needs to be done. You must be an experienced electrical tester who can provide electrical references where you have carried out similar type of work previously as an electrical tester.

Painter & Decorator required 2 weeks work, could be more, plus Saturdays and Sundays at time and a half. Working 6.45am - 4.15pm booking (9.5 hours) Painter & Decorator required to carry out painting work, patching work and filling in skirting boards on an industrial new build site. You must be an experienced, fully qualifed painter & decorator who has previously carried out painting work on construction sites and can provide references where you have done similar work has a painter & decorator.

Pipefitters required 7 Months work until the end of March 2026. Hours - Monday - Friday - 10 hours per day, working 6 hours on a Friday. (The hours will be increasing to 12 hours per day because of a very tight program of works) Duties to include; The job is a commercial new build where you will be tasked with installing Mapress pipework, stainless steel pipe, fitting flanged pipework, drainage and copper pipe. You must be a fully qualified Pipefitter with a valid skills or jib card and be able to provide references where you have previously carried out similar work as a Pipefitter. You will need an Ipaf or be prepared to take an ipaf course in order to work on this job long term. There is free parking on the job.
