Business partnering with member focused teams and member financial and operational teams. Key skills: Qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent qualification/experience. Previous commercial experience including business planning and analysis and business partnering. Ability to communicate complex financial issues to non-financial stakeholders and influence decision making Experience of analysing complex business information and communicating it to management. Highly motivated self-starter: ability to initiate and manage work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience.
