English, Maths, Science), 2 A Levels in engineering/science, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with chemical and environmental awareness. Knowledge of operator skills, LEAN manufacturing, root cause analysis, quality systems, risk assessments, and performance metrics. Provide second level technical support to the Maintenance shift teams to assist root cause analysis of complex plant EC&I breakdowns.
