We are searching for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our successful and team based in Seaton Carew. The ideal candidate will be competent in pricing all aspects of construction & groundworks projects to include labour, materials and equipment provisions. They will also be confident in liaising and negotiating with clients. Other duties will include: Completing take offs, producing and pricing bill of quantities. Accurately calculating project costs to present to clients. Pricing competitively to win projects whilst retaining a healthy profit margin. Researching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers. Monitoring and reacting to inflation. Working alongside other members of the Estimating and Quantity Surveying team as and when required.
