Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on measurable pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Own and optimise the marketing function within HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, segmentation, automation, reporting, and dashboards. Generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads across both short and long sales-cycle opportunities. Improve marketing-to-sales alignment, lead quality, and hand-off processes. Lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade events, and product launches, ensuring robust commercial follow-up. Broad remit covering demand generation, CRM, brand, events, collateral, digital performance, and customer experience. High visibility role with clear impact on commercial success. Join a growing business where decisions are made quickly and achievements are recognised. Ideal for an ambitious marketing leader who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something meaningful without navigating layers of corporate hierarchy. Requirements Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, equipment hire, technical products, or similar sectors. Demonstrable success in building pipeline and generating measurable commercial outcomes. Strong HubSpot expertise with hands-on ownership of CRM marketing, automation, segmentation, reporting, and lead management.
