The Role: Manage day-to-day delivery of roofing renewals, external repairs, scaffolding, brickwork and associated works Oversee subcontractors and in-house labour to ensure safe, high-quality delivery Maintain strong communication with residents, RLOs and the client team Monitor progress, quality, H&S compliance and ensure works are completed to programme Conduct pre- and post-inspection of properties and manage paperwork including RAMS and CPPs What We re Looking For: Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on social housing refurbishment schemes Strong background in roofing and external envelope works Confident managing occupied properties and resident liaison Up-to-date H&S qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS) Ability to deliver programmes efficiently and maintain excellent site standards What s on Offer: Temp to perm position with a stable pipeline of work Competitive rate and permanent package after probation Supportive contractor with a strong presence in social housing If you re a proactive Site Manager with a track record in external refurb and roofing projects, we d love to hear from you.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with long-term workload and progression for the right person.
