Key Responsibilities of a Property Manager Visit sheltered housing schemes and ensure that fire safety regulations are adhered to by completing fire safety audits, inspections and fire assessments. Responsibility for the management of communal areas, gardens and facilities at sheltered housing schemes. Responsible for ensuring all maintenance is completed to a satisfactory standard. Budget responsibility.
