The Opportunity This is a founding engineering role, the Lead Software Engineer will be the one of the first dedicated technical hirers and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy, architecture, and engineering culture. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimise scalable, high-performance systems for ML-driven automation. Lead the development and deployment of next-generation control software solutions. Collaborate with the founding team to define technical strategy, architecture, and infrastructure. Contribute to end-to-end software delivery - back-end, front-end (as needed), and cloud infrastructure. Introduce best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
