Epicor Analyst Programmer (ERP Systems Developer) Radstock / Remote Competitive Salary Permanent, Full Time Hybrid - Remote working with 1 week per month on site in Radstock, Bath We're looking for an experienced Epicor Analyst Programmer to join our IT team and support the ongoing development and improvement of our Epicor ERP/Kinetic system. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Services, helping us get the most out of Epicor and our wider business systems. You'll be involved in everything from system development and customisation through to integrations, troubleshooting and improvement projects. What will you be doing? Developing and maintaining Epicor ERP/Kinetic enhancements, customisations, dashboards and reports Creating and maintaining BAQs, BPMs, Functions and SSRS reports Supporting Application Studio and Configurator development Working with teams across the business to understand requirements and turn these into practical technical solutions Troubleshooting Epicor, ECM and other integrated application issues Providing second and third-line support for ERP-related issues Developing and maintaining integrations between Epicor, ECM (DocStar), Bartender and other business systems Working with REST APIs and other integration technologies Supporting data migrations, imports, exports and automation Creating and maintaining SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database views Supporting Epicor upgrades and wider system improvement projects Supporting testing, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities Producing clear technical and system documentation Providing guidance and support to end users and other members of the team We're looking for someone with: Previous experience working with Epicor ERP/Kinetic Strong knowledge of C#, .NET and SQL Server Experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS and Application Studio Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations Experience with ECM/DocStar An understanding of manufacturing, finance, supply chain or distribution processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different areas of the business Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, source control, release management, Epicor upgrades or cloud migrations would also be beneficial. About You You'll be someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of problems and finding practical ways to improve systems and processes. You'll need to be organised, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider IT team. Most importantly, you'll be able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and turn business requirements into solutions that genuinely make a difference. Hybrid Working The role offers a good level of flexibility, with remote working and a requirement to spend one week per month at our Radstock, Bath site.

Housekeeping and Waste Management Operative Radstock Competitive Salary Permanent, Part Time Working Hours: 20 hours a week (12:00-16:00 Monday - Friday) About the role We are looking for a Housekeeping & Waste Management Operative to join our team and take ownership of housekeeping and waste management across our site. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, tidy and efficient working environment across our production areas, external yards and waste storage areas. You will work largely independently, organising your day-to-day activities while responding to any priority housekeeping requirements as they arise. The role would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, has a practical approach to their work and is confident working safely and independently. What you'll be doing Managing the day-to-day handling of site waste, including cardboard, plastics, general waste and recycling. Ensuring waste is correctly segregated, labelled and stored ready for collection or disposal. Operating waste-handling equipment such as balers and compactors safely and in line with site procedures. Supporting and liaising with recycling and waste contractors during scheduled collections. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across production areas, shared spaces, external yards and waste storage areas. Cleaning plant and equipment during agreed downtime periods and following the appropriate safe working procedures. Identifying and reporting hazards, spillages, damaged containers, waste contamination and other unsafe conditions. Moving waste and materials safely using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment. Reporting near misses and helping to promote a safe, tidy and environmentally responsible workplace. Supporting wider site cleaning and housekeeping activities where required. Providing additional support, including occasional additional hours, where agreed to cover holidays or operational requirements. About you We're looking for someone who: Has a practical, hands-on approach to their work. Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised working environment. Understands the importance of health and safety, housekeeping and waste segregation. Can work independently and organise their own workload. Has good attention to detail and consistently maintains high standards. Is comfortable communicating with colleagues, contractors and other members of the site team. Understands safe manual handling practices. Is proactive in identifying hazards and resolving or reporting issues. Has a valid counterbalance forklift licence , or is willing and able to complete the necessary training to obtain one. Previous experience in a housekeeping, waste management, facilities, warehouse or manufacturing environment would be useful, but we're also interested in candidates with the right practical attitude and willingness to learn.
