Technical Manager (Fresh Food / Produce) c 40k Max pro rata Location: South East Job Type: Part-time, Permanent This is a key Technical Manager position working with a successful supplier of Fresh Produce and will incorporate the management of the quality & technical team, the supply base across the UK and abroad, and key customers to include retail accounts. With responsibility for the daily management of the technical function across the business, it provides the exciting opportunity to manage all categories and ensure the company continues to drive business forward, meeting a high level of standards, interacting across all departments and levels. What You'll Bring: Specialist Sector Experience We require proven technical expertise gained specifically within the competitive FMCG, Fresh Food / Produce sector Senior Experience: Significant experience (3+ years preferred) gained at a level in Technical within Fresh Produce / Fresh Food / FMCG Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the entire Fresh Food Supply Chain. Leadership Qualities: Professional, confident, and highly effective communicator at all levels. Resilience: Ability to thrive and meet tight deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking a Quality Controller to strengthen their product quality team at an exciting time of expansion. Reporting to the QA Manager, the successful Quality Controller will work alongside a QC team to ensure all product is checked on Intake and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, managing the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements; Previous experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance Fresh Produce knowledge, with exposure to Fruit ideally Grapes Team player, confident to make decisions and work alone when required Ability to communicate at all levels Location: Lincolnshire Salary; c 30k

We currently offer an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Client at a prosperous time of growth as Junior Technical Manager. The position of Junior Technical Manager will report to and work alongside the Senior Technical Manager. This technical role will cover all elements within the technical department, from internal support to the team, to relationship building with key suppliers, and customers. Involvement with all aspects of technical product documentation, including Audit, Food Safety, Compliance, HACCP will be part of this varied remit.
