Key Responsibilities : - Complete set-up, leadership, and management of the day-to-day operations. -Create and maintain a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children. - Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards of care. -Develop and implement care plans for children, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development. This will be done in conjunction with our behavioural team. - Lead, supervise, and support a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring ongoing training and development. -Manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions related to the running of the home. -Build strong relationships with external agencies, including local authorities, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
