Qualifications: A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is essential. Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly preferred. Experience: Proven leadership experience within a large-scale design and manufacture entity, preferably within heavy engineering, or highly regulated sectors. Technical Knowledge: A strong background in complex mechanical systems integration, structural analysis, and the application of stringent industry standards. Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels-from the shop floor to the boardroom. Process Driven: Familiarity with gated design processes, risk management, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).
