World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a LNG Business Analyst. They are very much at a discovery phase and this is an exciting time to join, brining new SMEs to help fast track the projects, ideally looking for Snr BAs who might also be looking to move more into the product management phase and a path finder/advisor, this is not your standard BAU work. The LNG business currently use Veson's IMOS application to manage their Freight Trading and Cargo scheduling workflow, this this project is looking to migrate to Veson's VIP solution and then leverage the new functionality this enables. Essential Skills 1.Strong IT Business Analysis (BA) Skills - BA Tools & Techniques, BA Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Management 2.Domain Knowledge - Knowledge of LNG trading in general and Shipping, operations (cargo and voyage data), settlement/invoicing (finance). 3.Knowledge of freight trading and cargo scheduling, understanding the front to back business processes 4.Experience of system migrations or large application upgrades, the person needs to have insight of regression and non-functional testing 5.Strong Stakeholder Management Skills, Good Communication & Collaboration Skills 6.Agile Delivery & Learner Mindset Desirable Skills: 1.Veson's IMOS application knowledge 2.Experience/affinity with Trading Optimization tools 3.Knowledge of country strategies of LNG business or trends upcoming in the world market This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
