Supporting delivery of strategic reports to the Elsevier Leadership Team, RELX Leadership Team and RELX Board, and providing strategic analysis for Investor Relations communications. Leading the scoping and execution of strategic projects, including data analysis, market analysis, customer interviews, synthesis of findings, and recommendations. Driving cross-Elsevier strategic initiatives, annual strategic review activities, and tracking progress against objectives and metrics. Requirements Ability to lead strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking in a complex organisation. Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating priorities into actionable plans. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
