You will bring with you appropriate industrial and/or professional experience; you will ensure that all programmes are delivered and managed to a high standard. You will be responsible for the day to day management of these programmes as well as the on-going quality assurance and faculty development. You will work closely with the Executive of Health & Lifestyle Profession to meet the strategic aims of the College, through the development of new programmes, increasing recruitment, supporting research and ensuring compliance with FE policy. Additionally, you will be required to respond to student feedback, organise bespoke CPD sessions to develop teaching through training and coaching, as well as developing personalised action plans to encourage staff to become excellent teaching practitioners and improve the student experience.
