Key Responsibilities Build, manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship building. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and growth. Conduct client meetings, annual reviews and renewal discussions. Understand client risks and provide tailored insurance solutions. Negotiate terms and coverage with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Work closely with internal broking and support teams. Deliver exceptional customer service and professional advice. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch. About you We are keen to speak with candidates who have: Commercial insurance experience gained within a broking environment. Experience managing client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and commercially minded approach. A passion for networking, business development and community engagement. The ability to identify opportunities and provide consultative advice. A desire to continue developing professionally and progress their insurance career. Cert CII qualified or working towards professional qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
