This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong technical and commercial understanding of passive fire protection, including structural steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire doors. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, commercially and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple passive fire protection contracts from commencement through to completion. Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client relationships. Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Oversee works including fire stopping, structural steel protection, intumescent paint/coatings and fire door installations. Liaise with Tier 1 contractors, main contractors, clients and other stakeholders. Monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Manage variations, valuations, applications for payment and commercial performance. Review project costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability. Ensure all works comply with relevant specifications, manufacturers' requirements and industry standards. Maintain strong standards of quality, health & safety and compliance across projects. Attend site and client meetings as required. Manage project documentation, reporting and handover processes. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience as a Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager within passive fire protection. Strong knowledge of fire stopping and passive fire protection systems. Proven experience with structural steel protection. Strong understanding of intumescent paint/coatings. Experience with fire door installations and compliance. Experience managing multiple projects and site teams. Strong commercial and contractual awareness. Experience dealing with Tier 1 contractors and/or major construction clients. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: SMSTS. Relevant passive fire protection qualifications. NEBOSH or IOSH. Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential or public-sector projects. Experience managing projects with significant fire stopping, steel protection and fire door packages.

Plumber Multi Trader Night Shift Location: Covering South London Salary: 48,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced plumber multi trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying emergency repairs out of hours within occupied social housing properties across South London areas. Job Overview & Schedule Shift Times: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Rota Pattern: 4 days on and 2 days off rolling schedule, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems. Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required. Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including:Basic carpentry Basic electrical work (like-for-like) Small area tiling Patch plastering Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
