We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Enrolment and Audit Administrator on a temporary contract to join Coventry University Group, a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures. The Role: To undertake documentation decisions at undergraduate/postgraduate taught level on behalf of the Coventry University Group, after having confirmed the sponsor criteria against which applications are to be considered. Ensure that audit ready documents are processed within the agreed timescales, policies and practices, taking responsibility for key activities using the University Group's online admissions systems, CAS creation software, and Filestream document storage system. Responsibility for supporting students prior to and during enrolment, ensuring compliance with a range of admissions and UKVI requirement checks. Oversee the administration of enrolment at all sites, including CU Group either in person or remotely. Co-ordinate the handling of enquiries from prospective student at enrolments, both in person and by email/ chat, working to the key performance indicators and quality standards developed. Contribute to the maintenance, development and communication of sources of enrolment related admissions and compliance information, advice and guidance for all applicants and stakeholders. Act as a first point of contact for complaints, problems and disputes with regards to enrolment and ensure complaints are passed to the relevant manager for action where appropriate. At all times, be aware of and adhere to Data Protection, the Equalities Act and other relevant legislation and guidance as advised. This role is ideally suited to an experienced finance professional seeking a stable, hands-on position within a structured and traditional office environment. The position focuses on transactional finance support and general administration, working closely with senior finance colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Supporting purchase and sales ledger activities Assisting with cashbook entries and reconciliations Providing payroll administration support Completing transactional finance tasks as required Assisting with general office administration About You: Demonstrable experience within a finance function and a strong practical understanding of core finance processes Comfortable in a long-term, support-focused role. In this fast-paced role, you'll make around 100 outbound calls a day, connecting with prospective students across the UK and internationally. You'll guide them through their journey - from first enquiry to enrolment - providing expert advice on our online courses and ensuring every student receives outstanding service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Support Advisor to join our team. Based at our new Milton Keynes office, you will be responsible for providing excellent sales/customer support throughout the entire customer journey from prospect, lead, conversion, payment and enrolment of our online courses. The working hours are 05:00 - 13:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday and Sunday, with every Wednesday and Friday off. This crucial role will co-ordinate between potential students and the university, ensuring a smooth, first-class journey from enquiry to enrolment. Being adept at building rapport with potential students and internal stakeholders will be essential to the fulfilment of the role. You will be responsible for tracking, driving and managing leads generated through various marketing and social media channels and converting leads into enrolled earners, while maintaining customer contact lists, updating details and the nature of interactions within the GrowCo Enquiry Management System (CRM). Student Support Advisors will need to understand the University's full product and service offer and operate with a high degree of accuracy while informing enquirers about course choices, run times, payments methods and sources of support, to ultimately to lead to a sale. Our Successful Candidate A result's focused, target driven individual with a proven record of accomplishment in sales with experience of selling online products or services, ideally educational programmes. You will have experience working in a similar target based commercial/educational sales role achieving ambitious performance targets selling high value and complex services to a variety of customers. A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone or via social media channels. High level of proficiency in the use of CRM systems and related software, telephone systems and social messaging platforms. Outstanding persuasion and influencing skills (including oral, written and presentation skills) with the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders, influence, and debate at senior levels, to get the right result.
