The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our Customer Relationship Management systems, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms and maintaining system security and performance. The ideal applicant will possess extensive experience in system administration, solution architecture, and a broad range of IT skills, including database management. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Responsibilities Administering and updating our company systems and CRM Checking daily new and outstanding tasks. Calling customers to see if further information is required. Reviewing sales emails to identify next stage of quotation Check Order documentation. Answering telephones Liaising with sales to sort out the enquiries to a final quotation required standard. Filing and emailing Requirements Sales B to C experience preferred. Good computer skills and previous experience of working with a CRM system. Ability to verbally communicate quickly and effectively with prospective customers. Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator for a client based in Hortonwood, Telford. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, adhering to health & safety standards and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This position requires candidates to work 12 hour shifts, days & nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am rotating every two weeks. Duties Feed and monitor machinery on the production line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Packing items and moving stock around the factory. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Adhere to safety protocols, to ensure product quality and compliance with health regulations. Perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory management and production reporting. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly for resolution. Requirements Proven experience in production or a similar role is essential. We are recruiting on behalf of a client based near Much Wenlock for a Labourer/General Operative to assist the existing team in the bottling factory, duties include: Bottling and packing items Machine Operating Decanting and rework Boxing up, sealing and packaging Palletising goods, using pump trucks loading / unloading All other associated tasks as and when required Would involve some heavy lifting.
