Monitor the curing process and adjust settings as required for optimal results. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organised manner. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist with assembly tasks as needed, utilising hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication processes. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques is advantageous. Basic mathematical skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a busy environment.
