Overview As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets industry standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Hours of work would be Monday - Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Fridays 8am-1.30pm. Temp to perm. Duties Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary. Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings evenly to ensure a smooth finish. Monitor the curing process and adjust settings as required for optimal results. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organised manner. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist with assembly tasks as needed, utilising hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication processes.
