Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes. Regular maintenance and repair of office furniture and equipment. General ad hoc maintenance duties and manual tasks including porterage of packages. Essential: Logical, well organised with the ability to prioritise. Numerate, computer literate and accurate. Uses initiative and completes tasks from start to finish. Focussed on meeting deadlines. Good communication and influencing skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
