Finalise month-end and inter-company reconciliation processes, collaborating with Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams. Oversee the preparation of monthly and yearly balance justifications and balance sheet reconciliation files. Review and deliver monthly KPIs and associated analysis, providing SSC management and clients with insights and actionable recommendations. Ensure the preparation of monthly sign-off files for multiple clients. Approve and populate the group reporting package with accurate financial data. Supervise the preparation of periodical declarations such as VAT, Intrastat, PSA, etc. Anticipate and streamline month-end processes to ensure smooth and efficient closings. Ensure adherence to the closing calendar. Support the preparation of yearly statutory accounts and liaise with local auditors.
