Location : Warrington, WA2 Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 PA Working hours : 8:30AM-5:30PM (Monday to Thursday) / 7AM-4PM (Friday) Key responsibilities: Building strong trusted relationships with new and existing clients. Identifying client hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Engaging daily with clients and candidates, from first contract to placement and ongoing support. Actively sourcing, screening and interviewing reliable workers by using job boards, CV databased and social media platforms. Role and responsibility To liaise with the managers on a daily basis. To work as part of the nursery team. To make decisions on the day-to-day running of the nursery in the absence of a Manager. To follow all the nurseries administrative procedures. To be a positive role model to other staff throughout the nursery To have a thorough working knowledge of the nurseries policies and procedures. Room Leader responsibilities are To work as a room leader and to implement the nursery curriculum.
