You have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus your mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates. You can provide stellar references from the last 3 years of your work and academic journey. You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK (sadly, we can't sponsor visas right now). If you are a support worker, with experience in caring for children who have experienced trauma, we want to hear from you! The Role In this role, you will be providing essential emotional and practical support to children and young people who may have faced significant challenges and trauma. Your goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where they can thrive. Competitive Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type). Location: Darlington and surrounding areas. Flexibility: Choose the shifts that fit your lifestyle via our easy-to-use booking system. Compliance: You must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one on the update service) and provide full employment references.
