Russell Group University looking for a Legal Contracts Manager within a Business Development Team. Position available immediately and for an initial 3-4 month contract. P/T 3 days per week, Tuesdays will be the 'Team day' and all other hours and days are flexible. Duties: Oversee, review, advise, draft and negotiate variety of contracts (NDAs, CDAs, MTAs, etc) Ensure contracts and agreements are reviewed in a timely manner and uploaded to system Simultaneously manager multiple contracts at once Provide advice to members of team and colleagues on regulatory and legislative requirements Skills, Experience and Education: Ability to draft contracts and IP negotiations Broad knowledge of contracts and contracts law Experience of Legal work within HE/University Appropriate legal qualification
