(Laptops/desktop/Printers) * The engineer will learn, manage, support, and take responsibility for new hardware systems as required and will be proactive in their approach. * The engineer will be able to work in a timely and organised manner in conjunction with high profile project plans. Will be able to provide problem diagnosis to management coherently and recommend possible resolutions. * To demonstrate initiative and ability to resolve customer problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining calm. * The engineer will carry out any other duty in relation to the delivery of the contract as required by the Service Line lead. * This is an onsite role only.
