Role Details Contract starting ASAP until Dec 31st, 2025 extensions may be possible. Working in various hospitality venues around North England/Scotland, delivering a variety of training to the staff and management on the new systems. There will be various elements of configuration, technical support and troubleshooting within training shifts, onsite support and training will be given. This is a classed as a full-time position but shift allocations may vary week to week. Double shifts within a week will be expected, shift patterns vary weekly across Monday to Sunday and subject to change with short notice. Working days in the week can range between 3-6 days a week with additional shifts available on occasions. There will be significant travel. Regular overnight stays will be necessary throughout the working week. Candidate Criteria Currently working in a senior management position in the hospitality industry. Be passionate about training and coaching. Be able to deliver exceptional customer focus, drive for excellence in a an approachable, professional, and reliable manner. Zonal or Aztec experience is desired. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. Use of a reliable vehicle and full UK driving license is essential. Rates and Benefits 125- 150 per day/shift, double day/shift available 60 per day for travel day - subject to terms of the company travel policy. 25ppm mileage for travel. Hotels will be arranged in advance by the client, meal allowance provided - there may be a requirement to book some accommodation/travel in particular circumstances personally which can be claimed back all in line with the company policy. All expenses including parking, tolls and congestion are claimable. Contract is outside IR35 so is payable via umbrella service or ltd company. Need to supply own laptop and phone.
