Job Title: Utilities Director, EMEA Location: EMEA (Flexible/Hybrid) My client is on a mission to redefine the future of data centre infrastructure, do you want to join the revolution. As Utilities Director, EMEA , you'll take the lead in shaping and executing the utility infrastructure strategy across the region. Your expertise in high-voltage utility delivery, coupled with your strategic insight and commercial acumen, will enable the successful interconnection of the cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll be a central figure in the development lifecycle, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders across Development, Design, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Operations. You'll ensuring that utility access is secured early, strategically, and cost-effectively. What You'll Do Lead utilities due diligence, negotiation, and execution for data centre developments across EMEA Develop and deliver infrastructure strategies and connection agreements to enable early access to power Build and manage relationships with utilities, developers, municipalities, and investment agencies Work cross-functionally to align project utility needs with business goals Support site acquisition by providing expert evaluation of utility viability and cost Represent my client in discussions with regulators, utilities, and infrastructure providers Translate complex utility landscapes into actionable, scalable solutions for our growth strategy What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field Numerous years' of experience working within or alongside utilities in the EMEA region Strong technical knowledge of HV utility connections and infrastructure Experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, or complex industrial projects Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage connection agreements Commercial awareness of tariffs, fees, and infrastructure delivery costs Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Fluent in English; fluency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a strong plus Competitive Salary and Benefits If you a Utilities Director looking for your next move to make your mark in data infrastructure, then apply today! FIRE ALARM ENGINEER SITE BASED FIRE ALARM ENGINEER Southeast London NO LONDON TRAFFIC, you travel to site on the train 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday Are you a disgruntled Fire Alarm Engineer based in London totally sick of sitting in traffic, dealing with congestion zones and nightmare parking situations, well have you considered becoming site based, if so I am seeking a London Site based Fire Alarm Engineer for one of my lovely old clients for a prestigious site a stones through from London Bridge Railway station.So not only is this a fantastic site based role , there would definitely not be ANY tedious driving around from place to place , dealing with never ending traffic, congestion zones and nightmare parking situations as you will travel to and from site on tube or train plus there is no emergency call out with this role, so you will just work Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and that's it, you will be out of the door at 17:00 heading home to do whatever you want with no worries as to what the traffic is doing. The site is in S.E London , closet station is London Bridge.You will be working as part of a great team carrying out Service and Maintenance of Advanced and Kentec Fire Alarm systems , basic fault finding etc when opportunity presents itself. As I mentioned earlier this role would suit an Intermediate Level Fire Alarm Engineer or someone who is perhaps looking for a better homework life balance, the basic salary is paying up to £30k (give or take) plus £2k travel allowance, plus overtime etc, holiday, pension, uniform, all the usual.
